If they speed up the games that only means we will get to the commercials that much faster. Oh boy.

Way easier for Bo to face pack 12 defenses than in the SEC. He won’t be overwhelmed by the ruckus crowd that will be there in the Georgia game. If TT can win the job then more power to him but Bo probably gives us the best chance to stay in that game. By the end of the BYU game we should know who gets the job for the pack 12 opener. Be an interesting start to the season and if we can come away with a 2 and 1 start that is all we can ask for.

This probably is not the last exit we will see. Some of the current players may not fit into the scheme and some may not want to work that hard. That being said I have little doubt that this staff will have all the cogs in place to run this team at a high octane. Still lots of good pieces out there to choose from.

I may loose my mind if I see one more pistol plunge. Hopefully our backs will be coached to go where they see daylight instead of wearing out the backs of our offensive lines legs and get 1 yard and a cloud of dust. The pistol has been used successfully by many coaches but our last staff had no idea how to operate it. But our opponents sure new how to defend it.

I’d like to see him go to a team that can utilize his talent to produce a winner. Being picked by loosing teams early in the draft can bring your career to a stop faster than running into a wall of bricks. Like to see him go to a team like Tenn or even Pittsburgh where his talents can be blended in rather than be a focal point. Wont happen but it would be best for him.

The Ducks, in the past, have had some excellent defenses that we all would agree on. The PAC, in the past, has had great QBs, some explosive teams and also some that could grind it out and use some clock. Using these 3 factors alone make it difficult to run 80 plays. Throw in a turnover or 2 and a costly penalty then the chances go out the window. It will be a challenge for sure and one that will be fun for the fans to watch. Oh and quite possibly cause more gray hairs or no hair at all.

If we can score points early and keep pressure on Georgia’s offense to play catch up we can win that game. Sounds easy but trust me it will not be. Dan knows the weaknesses on that defense more than anyone so for that reason alone we have a chance. The offense needs to show up and be aggressive early. Will that Happen? Probably not. But we are dreamers. go s

Actually the Chargers were #4 in offense and Kansas City had a worse defense and got to the super bowl. The Chargers had trouble finishing the games and scoring when the game was on the line.

Love Justin but not sure another team will be the best thing. Takes at least 3 years to perfect a system and Justin has been straddled with a bad college coach and a team in the nfl that probably won’t pay for him. Would hate to see him jump ship. You can blame the defense if you want but Justin had several opportunities to pull games out at the end with a very good offense and it didn’t happen. He needs to grow and not move around from offense to offense. Not a great combination for success. He’s not Tom Brady yet.

Our 3 guards were wearing themselves out at the end of the game running that damn thing when they were already tired. USCs guard were getting a rest when it was going on. Confusing to say the least. I guess Altman’s strategy was to use some clock. I Guess

Hard to beat a team that makes half of their 3 pointers. Or when you foul a 3 point shooter near the end of the game. These guys are causing Dana to grow old faster than he probably wants to. His teams most always get better as the season progresses and that doesn’t seem to be happening this season.

The simple fact is when you’re number one scorer isn’t scoring you usually loose. Our bigs were not in foul trouble and Are not in the game when you need rebounding especially when SC was crashing the boards at the end is on Dana.

Did anyone notice the frustration on Dana’s face the last 7 minutes of that game. I thought he was going to have an aneurism.

Bill can make a bad basketball game more fun. That game was bad by both teams. Franck had a good game. The D was overall pretty good, Bruins missing allot of shots saved our bacon. Otherwise we get blown out at home once again.

Balance Balance Balance. Move the ball every way you can. The whole game.

I hope our guards show up against the Trojans. We need them to play much better than they did against The Bruins. Our only savior in that game is UCLA shot the ball badly most of the game. Oregon’s D played well thank god.

He has a good deal with the raiders. I don’t want to see his career end with an injury which might happen if he is running the ball more than he is in Vegas. The Raiders make sure he gets his bonus money so let’s not get selfish. Not sure he would want that job.

Saw the Ducks and Bobby Moore play at Civic Stadium and I’ve been hooked on the Ducks ever since. He was a running back at that time.

Who’s offering, I’m listening.

What I would like to see is when we do get into position we make the tackle, which our last 4 defenses have struggled mightily with.

I would like to know how many of these kids can pass a p-test.
