Look back in August, I called USuC to go 8-4 or 7-5. 7-5 makes me happy. Deion at 4-7 does too. Hope Utah blows them out.

No, just win out and we're a 12-1 P5 conference champ. We don't want GA to lose, and they win big. We need them to beat Bama in the SEC CG. The B1G will be either tOSU or Mich. OK beating Texas in the B12 CG will help. FSU/Louisville, will be the other team in. Hate to root for mutts but won't hurt if we blow out a 12-0 team in Vegas, but I don't know that it matters in Cowvallis all that much today

Just win. Beat ASU, the Ratts, and UW in Vegas. Winning big won't hurt either.

I don't mind eggshell, chrome, and the all black or all white...IF there is BOTH lightning yellow AND green somehow in the numbers, trim, facemask, shoes, something...keep the yellow and green somehow PLEASE. But...if the players, and recruits like it...and we win...

Hopefully Crap 12 officials do NOT end up in the B1G. What do we call them then? Big Crap? Hopefully they go to the Mountain West, or high school...although I'd hate to do that to a bunch of kids that are just trying to play hard and win.

One thing is for sure, last few games, on 3rd and 1, 4th and 1, we use the Tight End/Jumbo whatever, and we've been stuffed on it several times. Line up with it, then run something to the edge, have an pitch option, RPO with those bunched TE's leaking out, something. Everyone knows it's coming, and even USuC's weak D stopped it...penalty saved us on one of them. Cal stuffed it too I think? Right up the middle is reminiscent of Mari's pistol plunges that failed all too often. Surely Stein has better options? With our talent?

Defense played well, really. Look what AZ, CO, Cal, WA scored against USuC. We should have 60 on these guys, number 1 offense in the country? Nix looks like a Heismann, penalties look like a loser, at home too. Can't afford to play down to ASU. Beavers are going to bring it! Get this figured out

My 8-4 prediction for USuC this season could even be 7-5. Which just brings more joy and laughter

I agree, trap game potential, ASU on the road too. We'll be ready for the final CW and the beevz, and USuC, and (hopefully) mutts rematch in Vegas. But I'm going to say Oregon 60, Cal 10. Feed off the SLC intensity

I liked Masoli leveling the Oklahoma State guy in the Holiday bowl. And the other OSU barkratt safety a year later in the 2009 Civil War that sealed the win

Defense, and coaching. UW this year, coaching, not an opposing HC who was an OC. USuC will not have seen an offense like ours, nor perhaps OSU, other than when they play UW. We'll have more balance than UW by far, more than either of them will see all year. We get them both at Autzen, and Cal. ASU is an OC HC, and we will know him well. I don't see that as a trap desert game, we're too much better. Neither USuC or beevz has seen or will see a defense as good as ours...I can say after yesterday's result in SLC

I predicted 8-4...same as Helton's pre-season number 4 or 5 ranked USuC teams. Would love to see the year they actually finished 5-7, but I'll laugh all the way about 8-4 too
