  1. Ole Miss is responding well after its loss to Kentucky, which isn't a bad loss, leading South Carolina, 24-3 @ halftime.
  2. 7-0 Ohio State at halftime. So far, unless Iowa is really good, this is not a great Ohio State team, and Georgia leads Auburn, 14-3, while Vandy leads 'Bama, 20-7.
  3. Buckeyes stopped on 4th &1.
  4. Thee Ohio State 7 Iowa 0
  5. That was bad. Perhaps B1G Refs favor the home team? Like they just did with a 1st down measurement.
  6. Ohio State, Oregon, LSU and USC are now considered the finalists for Stewart's pledge. He will visit each school over the next two months, a source confirmed to ESPN. He'd look great in green and yellow, or white or black.
  7. True, a learning experience hopefully. All 3 of DG's INT's have been deep in the Red Zone on throws he shouldn't have made. Hopefully that is something he has learned with B1G games coming.
  8. Iowa @ Ohio State coming up, Auburn @ Georgia, Go Dawgs!!! Ole Miss @ South Carolina
  9. I agree, this isn't 2018 with Justin Herbert and Dillon Mitchell. Tez is the threat to go all the way. DG might look at him first, but the D is really focused on him, and that leaves less coverage on all the other receivers the Ducks put on the field.
  10. I agree that Mizzou will tumble precipitously, but I don't think A & M will ascend quite that high, maybe up to No. 22.
  11. Very questionable holding call on Addison wipes out a pick by UCLA.
  12. Touchdown right before halftime gets them a 14-3 lead. Penn States offense doesn't look to be on the same level as Oregon's or Ohio State's.
  13. Now it's Texas A & M 24 Missouri 0.
  14. Penn State leads 7-3, a surprise since Vanderbilt +24 was given better odds against Alabama than UCLA +28 was given against Penn State.
  15. Michigan State did play as expected. More importantly though, so did Oregon, though the Red Zone hiccups could have been done without. But get those mistakes out of the way. Overall Oregon looked like an upper tier B1G team taking care of business.
  16. See the announcement at the bottom of thread! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Or ESPN has no credibility at all, The only alternatives are a neutral site game between Texas and Oklahoma., South Carolina at Alabama or Penn State at USC. Will ESPN College GameDay Visit Eugene for Oregon Ducks vs. Ohio State? WWW.SI.COM EUGENE- ESPN's College GameDay pregame show might be coming to Eugene for the 12th time on Saturday, Oct. 12, as the...
  17. Just starting the 2nd quarter, Texas A & M leads Missouri, 17-0.
  18. UCLA going with their back-up QB.
  19. Spot on, Kamikaze. B1G fans think Oregon is still the Blur, all about the uniforms. The Red Zone mishaps kept the game from being a blowout, but all the B1G fans watching got a look at what Oregon is in 2024. Oregon has B1G sized players in the trenches and players that will HIT in the secondary. Michigan State is definitely one of the Old Money residents of the B1G, and they were handled. It was rough for them to have a two game stretch of Ohio State, then Oregon, but at least they were consistent.
  20. UCLA is moving the ball against Penn State. Right until I started to write this and they got stuffed going on 4th & 1 on Penn State's 20.
  21. I definitely want Ohio State to win, pretty much like the Ducks did against Michigan State, If I can have anything in the minds of Buckeyes, it's complacency. Don't want them to come in off a bad game feeling like they need to prove something.
  22. Discuss them here UCLA at Penn State probably won't be that interesting, but if Arkansas can beat Tennessee, Oregon should move back into the Top 5. What will Missouri show today against SC? Speaking of USC, Go Golden Gophers and of course, Go Cal, beat Miami!!!
  23. Yes. Goliath vs Goliath and our Goliath has the home field. Iowa will be a tougher test than MSU was, will be interesting to see how Ohio State does in their warm-up game.
  24. Right now I'd say there's more room for the offense to improve. This was a dominant performance by the defense, the offense was dominant too, but 2 red zone INT's? I guess DG showed some stud quality in not letting the INT's bother him, heck he got back up and did it again after the first one. James still doesn't have breakaway speed, but that first half was impressive. MSU's strength was supposed to be their D line. I hope that's true because Oregon's O line made them look bad. Against the run and the pass. Oregon's receivers are a special bunch, when Gabriel can match them, the offense will be unstoppable.
  25. No Corso! Host Rece Davis announced Lee Corso would not be on the show as he tends to a family matter. "Lee Corso not with us this week," Davis said. "I want to reassure you his health good, Lee feels fine. He had a family matter that required his attention and we know he's locked in on the show because he already stole my preferred superdog."
