From what I’m reading and hearing Lane may be the only guy interested that can get us where we want. Worth the gamble? I think so.

DeRuyter headed to Texas Tech per Oregonlive

I guess the bottom line were there many of the fans happy with what this coaching staff did with all that talent? Many were hoping for a change and here it comes. Gos -
The Hits Keep Coming . . . 5-Star Banks Decommits
Just Ducky replied to a topic in Our Beloved Ducks
With Texas new NIL giving $50,000 to each offensive lineman on scholarship I think Banks may end up there. -
He would definitely draw attention. Not sure it’s the kind we need however.

Sometimes the De-Committ's go the Other Way

We will see more of this I’m sure. -
Field could of been part of the injury problem.

He lied to all the parents of the players about being there for their children.

We can dream but let’s get Aranda. I’ve always thought Baylor was Ducks #2 when Chip was around. They grabbed our running back that Chip got into trouble over.

Can’t believe why people are kissing MCs butt as he walks out on his players, his fans, his players parents who he told to not worry I will be like a parent while they are here, and a university that gave him a job that he didn’t really deserve. I was raised to tell the truth at all times, to respect others opinions, to never quit on a task till it is accomplished, and try to have some integrity. I give MC a D- on those attributes. He lied to those players families, he quit on his team. I for one will never give him a pass. Can’t wait till we get a new coach and move on from the Mc bulls**t.

Kalani Sitake from Brigham Young interviewing for the job?
Just Ducky replied to Warrenton's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Careful we might end up with another Utah. Not a horrible thing but an occasional rose bowl is not Oregon’s goal. I would be surprised if uncle Phil would go for that. -
What we thought was a caring man and a good recruiter, never did think he could coach, that turned out to be a quitter and a liar. With a load of bullshit that he fed recruits parents to get them to come play for his horse crap coaching.

Oregon Names Bryan McClendon Interim Head Coach

Let er rip. Almost any passing game will be better than what we had. -
Second De-Commit Just Happened...
Just Ducky replied to Charles Fischer's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
I’ll say it again the kids that bolt are probably not the kids we need. If it was their childhood dream to be a duck they would stay. Next man up. Remember also that some of these long range kids made their decisions upon MCs promise to their parents to coddle their child for 3 to 4 years being away from home. Homesickness is a real thing. Daddy has gone east. There will be more. -
Is Mullens In Front Of The Players Too?
Just Ducky replied to Haywarduck's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
I guess it’s strange to me that most of these young athletes seem to be more trustworthy and adult than some of the coaches that are hired to mentor them. Maybe these young men should mentor some of these entitled coaches. I tried my best, but not always, to stay as positive as I could about MC and his horrible in game coaching blunders and his obsession with driving a bicycle through a brick wall. Although we did see a little improvement it was unacceptable in my mind. Talk about someone incapable of learning mc is the one. If it wasn’t for some timely turnovers early in the season this team might have only won 4 games. -
Informed Prediction Time: Chip Kelly Might be the Next Guy
Just Ducky replied to latracey's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Chip innovation made Oregon a destination for some of these same kids that MC brought to town I heard many of them say it. Definitely not a players coach however. He proved that in Philly. Mario was truly a players coach and we all saw how that worked out. One thing for sure is we wouldn’t have had to watch AB if Chip was here. Also the strength of the pack 12 was far better then than this years joke. USC, wash, wash st, Stanford, were all much better than this years teams. Chip might of had this team undefeated with all this talent. I am not sure we can do better but time will tell. -
Canzano Confirms as does Everybody Else Also

By the time this stadium is built Miami will be tired of loosing games and will be firing mc. -
I for one am sick of all this drama. If I want drama I will turn on the news. MC can go as far as I’m concerned and the sooner the better. The man is obviously not as caring an individual as we thought. His treatment of Uncle Phil and the Duck backers as of now is unacceptable. Go somewhere else and take your mismanagement of games and pathetic development of players with you. (Whole nether subject) Take a seat next to Willie cause that is where you belong.

Didn’t say it was better. I sold beer for over 30 years in Oregon and you are correct. I do know more about beer than politics in sports.
-
I can’t find anything on espn or the Miami Herald Hurricanes sports page that says its a done deal. Hogwash maybe.
-
Beer is cheaper in Florida.

I agree. Did he learn this crap from Slick Willie. Time for Mullen’s to quit reaching out over his skis and higher someone that might hang around and grow the brand. Once again we are left standing behind the door. I guess Mullen’s is to blame for not doing his homework.

Which Coaches are Left if Mario Leaves?

Didn’t he just get a new contract? But I agree he would fit. -
Offensive Coordinator Replacement: Your Thoughts?
Just Ducky replied to Charles Fischer's topic in Our Beloved Ducks
Love the way Andy utilizes the tight ends. Reminds me a bit of Stanford in the day. MC recruits good tight ends and doesn’t use them. They seem to be running around wide open but never see the ball. -
Agree with some of what you say but KT was not controlling the edge. He was doing the opposite and the guys blocking him made the Ducks pay.
