  1. Meanwhile up north a few miles the Beavus just reduce their stadium capacity to 36,000 with SRO from 43,363. Two programs heading in a different direction stadium wise. And they wonder why no one wants them.
  2. Add upper row seating. Another 10K (?) on the south side would maintain the cover that's already there and add seating at the same time.
  3. FWIW here's a pre UO/WA B1G 2024-25 schedule. BIG TEN CONFERENCE ANNOUNCES EXCITING FUTURE FOOTBALL SCHEDULE FORMATS FOR 2024 AND 2025 - Big Ten Conference BIGTEN.ORG 2024 Season to Debut Flex Protect Plus Model with no Divisional Format; Nine Intraconference Game Tradition Continues as UCLA and USC Join the Matchups
  4. Be interesting to get Paul Finebaum's spin on this.
  5. OrSt, WSU, ASU, AZ and UT to the B12 Cal to the MTN West Stanford Independent
  6. If AZ leaves the the Pac's done. UO and the rest of the Pac will be on their own. IMO the next team to leave will be the straw that broke the Pacs back. My thinking is they've seen the deal and it's not good. If it was no teams would be looking at leaving.
  7. The Pac12. The Conference of You Snooze You Lose.
  8. Wilner's got an article on O Live. Sounds legit.
  9. 10-2 would be my pick as well. Is it possible to have four teams at 10-2 at the end of the season? Could the Beavus sneak out an 11 win season? Looking at their schedule it looks like a real possibility. No team will go undefeated in the Pac12 this year. Agree that 9-3 would be a disappointment. One thing for sure it's going to be one of the most intense Pac12 football seasons in a long time.
  10. I use Ticketmaster with the app and you have the tickets on your phone. Super easy.
  11. I clicked on the photo and go through. Not so with the link below the photo.
  12. Anyone think ticket sales would drop if Oregon flees to the Big?
  13. Guess these people were late when common sense was being handed out.
  14. He lost me at this; Feldman explained on The Rich Eisen Show. “Right now, they’re in a league that feels like, I don’t want to say it’s fallen apart into nonexistence, but it is on such shaky ground. It is so diminished from where it was (initially). It’s not sensible for them to stay if they have other choices.”
  15. I want to see an improved Ty Thompson. Everything else will sort itself out as the season progresses. But if Bo gets hurt it won't matter how well the rest of the team improves if Ty can't move the ball.
  16. I get the feeling that the B1G is waiting for something like this to happens so the rest of the P12 will come begging to join. That gives the B1G the upper hand as if they didn't already have.
  17. I think he should hang it up and get into community service work or start some football clinics or the like. From what I've seen he really enjoys helping people and has the demeanor to bond well with kids. He seems like he a step behind in the game right now. 3rd time's the charm and it didn't work.
  18. Whats wrong with fair market value compensation? The higher the market value the more compensation. SMU/SDSU could come in under a reduce compensation package. Their value should rise once they start playing Pac 10 schools as you would think the viewership would increase.
  19. DL's still learning to be a head coach. We saw the learning curve last season with some controversial decisions on the field. Now he's learning the off the field decision making process. I have faith in him and still think he has a tremendous upside.
