  1. I had to look at their schedule after reading your comment, and you are spot on. I had no idea regarding the exceptional cupcake schedule they had this year. Oh Chip... after leaving Oregon, what has become of you
  2. Given that we're playing two strong ranked teams to finish the PAC-12 season, and the amount of serious pleasure I'm enjoying from USCs high-speed-come-apart, I can live with the SOS concern.
  3. Somebody had tossed a prediction out there of 66-0... which I'm pretty sure was a joke and I laughed. However, after that second quarter, I was no longer laughing, as indeed, if we had wanted to, we could have easily put up those kind of points. But what a great contest this week. Congrats to the within 5 points guys.
  4. McCaffrey was over-the-top totally screwed by powers that be. And thank goodness that Mario (MC-land... Where QBs go to die) wasn't around to do his best to attempt to ruin Bo, him like he tried to do to Herbert.
  5. 100% spot on. If you look at espn.com, and many others, it's almost like Oregon didn't even play yesterday... let alone utterly dismantle an ASU team on the road, who had just beaten UCLA the week before.
  6. Luv Kenny D. But perhaps the biggest W he could have ever gotten at ASU came last week, as ASU finally got rid of their garbage 'Larry Scott Wanna-Be AD,' Ray Anderson. That guy, and his scandal ridden tenure, nearly single-handedly ruined the Big-3 ASU sports. When there are literally billboard trucks driving around Tempe that say, "#FireRayAnderson," it might just suggest that your time is up. So glad for Kenny and the ASU program.
  7. Who is stronger... Superman or The Hulk. The correct answer is: Yes
  8. As long as he plays the next two games anywhere remotely close to how he has played in every game this year, the Heisman is now his. And I cannot ever remember seeing a first half performance in a college game like he had yesterday. Ever.
  9. Well played by the Beavs and the Cougs, especially considering how little they had to work with. Hanging onto the PAC, while walking away with a nice, cool, $100 Million each, is not a horrible consolation prize. It will also likely open up some other conference possibilities for them as well.
  10. Oddly, and in the realm of 'It's a small world,' I just consumed and entire horse last week. But thanks for clarifying things for me... because especially when I don't know somebody, I find it hard to hear their tone sometimes by reading what they've written. But the bottom line for me is that this Saturday, the Ducks are going to kill the Beavers, then gut them, and roast them over an open spit in the parking lot (and just case, allow me to clarify that this last statement, along with my first one, is hyperbole).
  11. Luv Kenny D. And I could not be happier for him that last week ASU finally got rid of their garbage 'Larry Scott Wanna-be AD,' Ray Anderson. That guy, and his scandal ridden tenure, nearly single-handedly ruined the Big-3 ASU sports. It's usually not considered a good sign when there are billboard trucks driving around Tempe that said, "#FireRayAnderson." So glad for Kenny and the ASU program.
  12. Arizona has really surprised me this year... and pretty much everyone down in the desert as well. I don't know anyone who expected them to field a strong team. And 2 of their 3 losses were in OT. Of their 3 season losses, they were by a combined average of about 5 points, so they've been competitive in every game this season. Right now, Arizona is a bit like a Diamondback... not to be messed with.
  13. There's no question that the Ducks should take down the RiverRats. But they certainly stand a chance.
  14. Worst PI penalty. I think that's the kind of crap penalty they call when you're up 42-0.
  15. Not a chance I'm rooting for the Huskies tonight. I just want them to win.
  16. In the new millennium, @ Arizona State, we have lost once in September, once in October, and once in November.
  17. It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood!
  18. "Oregon has made one CFP while A&M has never made it." Wrong, as we all know, Oregon has made two appearances. I will say that a packed out A&M stadium with just under 103,000 fans is quite impressive. But Oregon is definitely the better gig.
  19. Chattanooga Mocs @ Alabama should be quite exciting. Now that's how to schedule games late in the season.
  20. I'm not sure Sanders Heisman chances are very strong these days Really nice to see WSU smack them up and down the field last night. "They play for clicks, we play for wins." - So classic.
  21. Since the new millennium began, Oregon is 8-3 with a 73% winning record in games played @ Arizona State. Yes, we've had some tough losses down here, but the actual record shows that over nearly the last quarter century, generally speaking, we've performed quite well @ ASU. I don't remotely care what ASU did last week to UCLA in Pasadena. If Oregon shows up this afternoon, which they will, ASU is quickly going to get smacked hard, and we will win this game running away by around 25 points.
  22. To me, that's like saying that all the words to a great classic like Moby Dick or The Sun Also Rises have always been around... and all Melville and Hemingway did was just put the words together.
  23. Auburn 22 - Oregon 19. It doesn't get a lot more defensive than that.
  24. Ducks 47-17 2 TOs 5 Sacks 364 Yards Passing
  25. Not a chance A&M offered the gig to Sanders.
