  1. Two of my favorites: 1) Saladin Mcollough - NEVER got tackled for a loss. Ever. Also started the Ducks off in 1996 where they improved their win total every year through 2001. 2) Ontarrio Smith - ran hard in 2001. Should have stayed in 2003.
  2. A heat seeking missle! If Flowe can stay healthy, this should propell Sewell to the top.
  3. Wow Amazing career so far Homegrown kid too!
  4. I'm with you one that one too. But it's pretty hard beating a conference rival AND the officials every year.
  5. Loved Royce He seemed to kind of lose some of his enthusiasm at the end which has bled over into his pro career. Good dude too
  6. Agreed To me, there seems to be an out-sized effort to recruit WRs. Not sure this much is warranted. We need DBs. Zero lineman in 2023. I know it's early, but... Plus DL is a defensive coach?
  7. Yeah, the Pac12 coaches are all cordial. Cool. They also haven't had a team in the playoff since 2015? Haven't won a Natty since 2004? I realize they all got rich, but their results sucked. Some sharp elbows and maybe a little cross-checking would be a welcome sight
  8. Man, that WR room is getting a little crowded for next year. Maybe the DB room could use some love or at least some warm bodies? Not sure of the strategy here, but only Cota DOESN'T have multiple years left.
  9. I don't know. His best teams were the Dillon Brooks led teams that got to the Final Four. Those guys were third year guys who Dana recruited. But, That success was build by transfers like Joe Young, Dylan Ennis, others, etc. Who came in and led or played significant roles. None of his 5* hype guys have stayed or panned out. Love Dana, best coach Oregon has EVER had. But he needs to build the base and win with his 3 year+ guys. THAT will bring it home
  10. Of course it's relevant now. 1) USC 2) USC 3) USC 4) USC 5)..... Did I leave anyone out?
  11. I don't like it either without moving to an 8 game conference schedule and eliminating divisions. Otherwise, what's the point? Besides, a Pac12 team has to run the table anyway to get into the playoff, so win all your conference games. I've always liked the other division had a chance to win the conference even if their record wasn't great by winning the champ game.
  12. Can't wait. Scoring is cool and all, but I love me some dominating D
  13. Stud Loved him as a Duck Dana needs more recruits like him
  14. I'm also not a betting person and admit those "odds" leave me scratching my head. However, OVERATED: PAC12 = USC. And OSU as sleeper? Comm'on man! ACC = Miami BIG12 = Texas BIG10 = everyone outside of OSU SEC = everyone not Bama and Georgia To be the man you have to beat the man. Whoooo!
  15. 1) Run the table going to every game in a Duck football season (by RV if possible). 2) seeing as many NHL games live as possible 3) a game 7 NHL final would be epic 4) a Final 4 with the Ducks basketball 5) boxing title fight with good seats
  16. ACTUALLY it seems the veteran K gave the money to charity. Thibs just bought the #. Seems kind-of dumb to me, but I don't have 50k to throw away.
  17. If the D can stay healthy, they should be pretty good. Consistent pressure should help with the inexperience on the back end.
  18. Ahh... some of comments might not be appropriate for HSers And boy, #9 better be good, because that could swing both ways.... Shoot
  19. "It's not our fault..." "Because of stuff..." Huck the Fuskies
  20. Well, he sure as heck ain't going to Texas
  21. Indeed. Wife and I are currently visiting places to retire to in 5 years (NOT on the west coast). Amazing people, no trash, no homeless, less crime, and the power actually stays on. Weird
  22. Naw, she's from MN. Love her, but track isn't in the genes.
  23. Not too thin. Although Hill couldn't cover my mom running a slant
