  1. Does anyone know the real reason why Mark didn’t want Tua. That was a huge mistake for him.
  2. A great QB is an indicator of a successful coach.
  3. From what I’ve seen in watching college games this season is the Ducks defense is their Achilles heel. I don’t think that our D would be up to the task for stopping most of the high powered offenses we are seeing in the NCAA. That being said there is no reason our D can’t get to that level with the talent on the team and we will find out Saturday if they are growing or not. These offenses we’ve been watching every week are scary good. It’s sad I get the sec games all week long and I don’t get to watch pack 12 games because of our flawed network. That is one reason very few are watching pack 12 games compared to games east of the Rockies.
  4. I will root for anyone that plays usc. Even the dogs up north. 🤮🤢🤮
  5. Alan: Hit the nail on the head once again...
  6. I will be ecstatic if the Ducks can somehow get a rose bowl bid. For even that to happen the cards will have to fall our way. I am just happy that we have a coaching staff that shows a lot of promise and the players seem to be buying in. Not quitting at WSU was a sight we didn’t see under marinoO. After that first game I will be very happy with a 10 win season.
  7. Can’t wait till these students unionize and have to pay union dues and are subject to random pee tests. I know none of these kids smoke pot etc.
  8. I truly believe that if the pack can’t find a way to hang together then our beloved Ducks sports will take a huge hit. Our only hope to the championship we most want will be to come out of the pack. Our playoff chances would diminish considerably if we were to go on a bunch of road games back in the midwest every season. Our history of road losses confirms this. As far as recruiting out of LA I think there are a lot of kids down there eager to get out of that town. If you have been there then you know what a nightmare it is. Oregon is still close to home and recruiting LA can still be manageable. Whatever happens with expansion, I agree, needs to happen soon. I hope our new commish has the proper adjustments in place to make this happen but there are very few sighs that it is happening.
  9. Except for a couple areas the whole team and staff are improving each week. Our weaknesses seem to be our special teams and our ability to cover passes over the middle. Not exactly sure but it seems our linebackers are expected to do more than they can because our safeties play so far off the line of scrimmage. I realize we are trying not to give up the big plays but this philosophy worries me every time there is a third and long. Not trying to be nit picky here so overall I give this team an A- in improvement over our first game at Georgia. Big test coming up against UCLA, who so far deserves an A+, but I think our coaching staff will have them ready. Go 🦆🦆🦆s
  10. If the olcc sees money in it they will ok it.
  11. I I sold beer for over 30 years. This post is the best. Thanks EBDD.
  12. If our offensive line keeps growing like it seems to be now I don’t think running back commits will be a problem. Even our backup OLineman are doing a great job. Only problem I see as of now is if he wants to be the feature back it will be tough to crack this lineup. I’m still a little confused about who is our best back. They all have their strengths and possibly our best back is still not ready to go because of injury and so far he isn’t needed.
  13. The team as a whole seemed to be in focus. Very few penalties. Credit here goes to the coaching staff getting the message to the players in practice. No 1 for me is the play of Bo Nix. He is in total control of the offense and he is like having another coach on the field. He seems to have a calming effect on the whole offense. If we can get a guy like Bo to have the same effect on our defense then look out.
  14. Thank you Miami, Enough Said.
  15. UCLA is looking like they might be the best in the pack.
  16. This is a statement game for the Ducks. They need to dominate Ar from start to finish.
  17. Soon to add one more to the stable in 23. The room seems to be in excellent hands for sure.
  18. It’s never a good idea to give the opposing team a reason to beat your ars on the road. It’s hard enough to win on the road why give the enemy another reason to kick your but. It’s ok to be a bit cocky at home but show some class and always wear green and yellow in any combo you want on the road.
  19. With the huge amount of money Miami payed for this guy, had to bite my tongue there, they may not have much patience with mister run up the middle into a nine man front guy.
  20. Maybe I’m over my skis here but I don’t see USC beating WSU this week. I was totally impressed with the Cougars. Looked extremely fast and are hard to plan for.
  21. What a wonderful world that we can pay incredible amounts of money for incompetence. What is overlooked here is the cost of revenue loss to these institutions in ticket, hot dog, parking, Beer, apparel, and a host of other factors that escapes my pea brain at the moment. Be fun to know what that number is. Beer being the most important. 🤪
  22. I know the spring can’t be the guide but Butters looked better than TT especially on throws over the middle. TT was behind the receivers most throws.
