Posted September 30, 20213 yr Administrator You know the drill; give me who wins, the score, the number of turnovers that Oregon creates, the number of sacks that Oregon records and the number of Oregon passing yards. I'll go first... Oregon wins, 45-17, 3, 3, 240 yards. Turnovers could be a key again! Mr. FishDuck
September 30, 20213 yr I hate to say it, but: Stanford 28. UO 24. The lack of offensive consistency the last two weeks vs weak opponents makes me feel we’re heading towards a “bottoming out” before cold reality slaps some urgency into our guys. Maybe that’s what it will take…..as Cristobal doesn’t appear to be able to get these guys to play “hair on fire” ready…..based on the past 50% of this year’s games. Was the Ohio State game just “lightning in a bottle”. Or, is lightning going to strike twice(or more)? I’d like nothing more to be proven wrong about my prediction! Just got an uneasy feeling!
September 30, 20213 yr Moderator UO wins 24-21. 1 TO 2 sacks 188 yrs passing Smash mouth football both sides. I hope I'm wrong and Moorhead is allowed to open it up!
September 30, 20213 yr Moderator 38 - 24 OREGON - Cover that -7.5 men. 2 (more if Mr T plays; even more if he is close to full speed, 3, 175 UCLA smash mouthed the Cardinal last Saturday. Stanford's run D is not up to Stanford standards. The only reason Stanford was in the game vs the Bruins was due to UCLA's back end, fire drill pass D. The same D that gave up 2 late TD drives to Fresno State.
September 30, 20213 yr Moderator Oregon 35 Stanford 23, 3 turnovers, 2 sacks, 264 yards. Stanford doesn't have any giraffe's playing WR this season so that's an advantage right there, they haven't been able to stop the run, so if Oregon supplies a running game, advantage again.

September 30, 20213 yr Reverse psychology...worked against OSU. Ducks 13 Cardinal 19 1 TO 0 sacks 134 passing yards
September 30, 20213 yr Ducks 38 Stanford 27 2 TOs 2sacks and 160 yards passing Edited September 30, 20213 yr by 1Ducker1
September 30, 20213 yr Ducks 35-21. 3 turnovers, 4 sacks, 236 yards passing. The game isn’t as close as the final score with Stanford scoring a meaningless touchdown late.
September 30, 20213 yr Moderator CBS Tom Fernelli - Lock of the Week Pick Oregon 34 - Stanford 21 Hope this pick by Fernelli turns out to be sweet and not smelly?
October 1, 20213 yr 25-17 3 turnovers, but a negative turnover ratio. This leads to a new qb starter, and a new start to the season ahead. 4 sacks, a rattled Tanner Mckee leaves and we end up seeing Jack West back under center, running for his life too. Both qb's have PTSD and can't hear the name 'Thibodeaux' without breaking out in a cold sweat. 160 yds passing, pathetic. Our RB's get it done!
October 1, 20213 yr This too may be reverse psychology, and maybe AZ was a wakeup call for this young team, can they play more disciplined? Stanford has smart players and coaches. Stanford 31-24. 0 take-aways, 1 sack, 88 passing yards
October 2, 20213 yr Author Administrator Quite a disparity between the picks from Oregon winning big, to the most picks for the opposing team. Makes it that much more interesting! Everyone...jump in! Mr. FishDuck
