Posted January 2, 20232 yr Thank you for this very, very, nice New Year's gift. And it's so fun to know that Utah beat them twice this season as well.
January 2, 20232 yr I LOVE stories like this!! TCU, Tulane, it is just what's awesome about College Football!!
January 2, 20232 yr Author I'm sorta, kinda, pretty sure, that any further comments from USC homers about USC should have been in the CFP, is now beyond 6ft underground and is officially dead. Tulane ripped their hearts out. How sweet it is.

Or, they will say that it would have been a different outcome IF they had played a CFP team....that they just weren't into it because it wasn't the CFP...😂😂
January 2, 20232 yr Boy, those two schools in Los Angeles are poorly representing the Pac-12 in bowl games this year. I think we should kick them out of the conference.

January 2, 20232 yr Author USC had a 2-1 time of possession advantage... 40 minutes to 20 minutes. USC had 29 first downs compared to Tulane's 16. USC's Heisman winner was 37/52 with 462 yards & 5 TDs. Tulane's QB was 8/17 for 234 yards. And USC still lost. Admittedly, however, I may be deriving a tad bit too much pleasure from this fabulous game. Nahhhh
January 2, 20232 yr Can you imagine both the la schools playing against Mich., OSU, and the rest playing defense like that. Could be entertainment at its finest. And I agree kick them to the curb now.
January 2, 20232 yr Author "Can you imagine both the la schools playing against Mich., OSU..." Why yes I can. And like you, I'm sure the thought puts a big smile on both of our faces.
January 2, 20232 yr LOL. The BIG can have USC and UCLA schools. The LA schools, letting the Pac down since ____.
January 2, 20232 yr Moderator The Pac has a chance to go 4-1 in bowl games. I'm gonna go ahead and add the two deserter's results to the B1G's record. The Pac may be the nations best conference based solely on this.
January 2, 20232 yr LOVE to see the arrogant and entitled USC “brain surgeons” lose! And, what a loss it was! Talk about “Coug’n” it!
January 2, 20232 yr In the interest of equity, can we take an extra helping of pride in the loyal PAC member's performance this bowl season? Nice send-off for the Dessert-ers!
January 2, 20232 yr Administrator Next time USC fans pop-off about going to the B1G? "Beat Tulane and get back to me..." Mr. FishDuck
January 2, 20232 yr RGIII had a quote while the camera was panning around the stadium showing USC players and fans at the end of game. The quote was for the effort Tulane put forth but it applied to USC as well. "Talent without hard work equals entitlement." Well said.
January 2, 20232 yr ROFL so hard I can't hardly post anything. What a gag job. The LA teams are clearly being held back by the P12.🙄
January 2, 20232 yr Greatest bowl season I can remember. With two cherries 🍒 can't wait to pound U$C into the dirt next year. Leave a permanent stain on their own 5 on RB Field.
January 2, 20232 yr Trojandailyblog.com has some awesome comments...it warms your heart on this January day. Here is a nugget:
January 2, 20232 yr USC already left a permanent stain on the PAC... The only thing I'll miss about having them in the Conference of Champions is the occasional opportunity to show them why so-called peons usually win revolutions! Hope they enjoy the view of that hillside mansion their 1-4 Bowl coach "earned" on the golf course! Hope the duffers rattle Riley's windows early, every morning. Let the excuses begin! Maybe Jameis Winston can ghost write a comment for 'em!
January 3, 20232 yr I can't wait to see the University of Spoiled Children freeze in Big weather !!! UCLA.. who cares anyways?
January 3, 20232 yr Looks like all the travel needed to play in the BIG won't effect the trojans at all.....
January 3, 20232 yr Moderator Every day is a good day when U$C loses, but to lose like that? 😂 How epic was this U$C collapse? Over the past five seasons, teams were 1-1,692 when trailing by 15 or more points with five minutes or less remaining in the fourth quarter, according to ESPN Stats & Information research. Make that 2-1,692....😂😂
January 3, 20232 yr I'm glad the two traitor schools lost. USC has morphed into a typical Lincoln Riley type team - all offense and no defense. Come to think of it, UCLA had no D either which caused them to lose their bowl game in the last seconds. Sad that Utah lost although it is debatable that the Utes could have won the game had Cam Rising not left due to an injury. Edited January 3, 20232 yr by OceaniaDuck
January 3, 20232 yr Moderator Social Media Buzz: Oregon fans react to epic Cotton Bowl loss for USC Trojans Lincoln Riley is now 1-4 in is career coaching bowl games, and the Trojans will have a bitter pill to swallow defensively over the offseason. For Duck fans, it was an enjoyable afternoon, though, watching as one of their rivals in the Pac-12 stumbled on a very public stage. Here are some of the best reactions on Twitter. Oregon Football: Duck fans poke fun at USC after Cotton Bowl collapse DUCKSWIRE.USATODAY.COM Once again, USC got embarrassed on a national stage. Of course Duck fans poked fun at the Trojans on Twitter.
January 3, 20232 yr Headline, LA Schools both pull off massive choke job in this seasons bowl games!!
