  1. Oregon Recruiting: Ducks land commitment from 4-star IOL in 2023 class DUCKSWIRE.USATODAY.COM Double QUACK on a Monday. Oregon landed their second commitment of the day, this time...
  2. And, Oregon crystal balls for Iapani Laloulu, 4-star OL from Hawaii; along with Justin Williams, 4-star LB from Texas. 3. Remember how terrified we'd all be under Mario trying to see out a game with a lead?
  4. We got the old DTR!
  5. Bobo has been a killer on two 4th-down plays. And, Charbonnet is an incredible back.
  6. Flounder speaks for us all!
  7. Ain't seen nuthin' like this in a long time.
  8. I'm staying nervous: UCLA scores to open the 2nd half, and they're only down 11.
  9. Game plan: UCLA can't score if they never have the ball.
  10. Meanwhile, in a galaxy far, far away, Miami has 8 - that's right, 8 - turnovers on one game. 5 fumbles lost and 3 interceptions. More physicality is obviously needed.
  11. Are we not entertained?!?!
  12. Pressure is on both teams to score on every possession.
  13. Where did you see/hear that?
  14. DTR maybe a bit too amped up? Let's hope.
  15. O-line timing looked a little shaky on that first drive.
  16. - Oregon - 45-38 - 1 - 2 - 287
  17. Great analysis...what happens with this play if the defense is in zone coverage?
  18. I'm used to Wilner hating on the Ducks, so this all makes me even more nervous.
  19. Old people aren't supposed to understand. It's why young people do half of what they do. Always has been, always will be.
  20. As a rule, the more worried I am about a game, the better the Ducks do. Pessimism is my lucky t-shirt. If that's true, OBD will excel against UCLA because, man, am I nervous about this game.
  21. I wish them both nothing but the worst. Sorry, but I'm that petty and mean-spirited.
  22. Since the season has started, I've realized how much I like games with West Coast opponents. You know, the PAC, however many members it has. When you get Washington State, then Stanford, then Arizona, you realize how much you like the West and the regional nature of the PAC games. It's the history, the geography, the variety, the fact you may have been to a lot of the other states, that makes the games seem more fun to me. How excited could anyone get about playing Purdue in November?
  23. At a certain level of skill, is kicking more mental/emotional/psychological than anything? Top-rated kickers don't pan out, some teams (looking at you, Utah) always seem to have good kickers, Ducks have had a kicking game that has ranged from an afterthought to terrifying (to Ducks' fans). It seems totally random. I will be happy to welcome Grant Meadors when he signs. And, hope the hype pans out.
  24. Sometimes it's not enough that one wins; in those times it's necessary that other lose, too. This is one of those times. Down with USC in all its manifestations.
