Recent Study Shows Oregon Ducks not as Attractive in Realignment Landscape as Fans May Think
With all due respect to you, sir, but those people are not true college football fans. The Oregon Ducks played in the 2011 and 2015 College Football National Championship Games. It’s unfathomable that any casual college football fan would not know who the Oregon Ducks were in this day and age, unless they have their heads so far up their arses they can’t see day light.

2025 Duck Football Commits
I think that Lanning turning down the Alabama job really opened eyeballs nationwide, including among 5-star football recruits. “What is brewing out in Eugene? I better check it out!”

Pac-12 Settlement Announced
I don’t understand why the departing schools would agree to this. The $5M should be placed in escrow and any amount not needed for the overpayment of past media revenues returned to the schools. Seems like a lose-lose for the departing schools. Who cares about voting rights for the current year? The major revenue generating sports are all but finished. What am I missing?

Oregon Wins First Round NCAA Tournament Game 87-73 Over South Carolina!
Yes, but the future is so bright with Shelstad and Evans! Can you imagine how good the team could be in 2-3 years with those two as upper classmen? I would imagine that we could get some really good players that will want to play with those two…

Dana Altman and Tony Stubblefield Still "Talking a Lot" About a Potential Return to Oregon for Stubblefield
Maybe a potential head coach in waiting?

Steph by Three Over Sabrina.
Based on Giannis Antetokounmpo’s body language, in the seats, it looked like he was pulling for Sabrina. I’m sure that he wasn’t alone! Steph is the greatest 3 point shooter in basketball history and a terrific proponent of youth and women’s basketball. Well done, all around.

Steph by Three Over Sabrina.
Sabrina started off hot before cooling down in the middle and finishing strong. If she could have hit a few more on the third rack or the money balls she might have won. Regardless, Sabrina represented Women’s basketball and Oregon very well, as always. She’s a Duck great. Hopefully we’ll see a rematch.

Report: Pac-12, Commissioner George Kliavkoff Part Ways; Agree to Contract Settlement
Kliavkoff should get his share of the blame for the collapse of the PAC-12 conference: • Being blindsided by the exit of the LA schools • Failing to understand the true value of the Pac12 media rights without the LA schools • Turning down ESPN’s initial TV deal of $30M+ per school with a linear broadcasting component (see point above) • Lack of transparency for the remaining schools during the media negotiations and failing to understand the member schools needs (e.g., a need for linear broadcast exposure) • Not expanding aggressively right after the LA schools left the conference (SDSU would have been a no brainer)

Oregon Ducks Playing in the Super Bowl Today
Lenoir had a nice strip for a fumble and Armstead tackled Mahomes from behind on 3rd and long. Ducks representing.

Oregon Ducks Playing in the Super Bowl Today
Erik Armstead and Deommodore Lenior are both starters on the San Francisco 49ers defense. Terrance Mitchell is listed on the practice squad. I don't see any Oregon Ducks listed on the Kansas City Chiefs roster. Let's go Niners!!! SEC, Big Ten Set Up Joint Advisory Group to Tackle Mounting Issues in College Football
I hope that Chip Kelly is on the working committee. He has had some really good, out of the box solutions.

SEC, Big Ten Set Up Joint Advisory Group to Tackle Mounting Issues in College Football
The NCAA has had a few years and has done nothing. In fact, it’s only getting worse. NIL and the transfer portal are completely out of control. Players are free agents every single year and there is no salary cap. Experienced coaches are retiring or going to the NFL to escape the madness. The interests of the NCAA and the hundreds of the member schools may not align with those of the elite programs. I’m glad the SEC and B1G have seen enough and are finally trying to come up with solutions.

National Signing Day: The 10 Teams to Sign the Most Blue-Chip Recruits in 2024 Class
Oregon fans are well aware of the dangers of only focusing on recruiting stars. That coach down at Miami chased stars and didn’t properly evaluate and/or develop that talent he brought to Eugene. Many of them transferred out when Dan Lanning arrived. I disagree with the poster about top 5 talent at their positions. You’ve got to have a drive or hunger to reach your full potential.

Kobe Savage Is Really Fast!!
He's also a really hard hitting safety. Really looking forward to seeing Savage in an Oregon uniform.

Muhammad to Oregon: Think the Huskies Are FINE With It?
We had a RB transfer to Oregon State a couple of years ago and I recall Oregon fans wishing him the best, except when he played the Ducks. None of our players would transfer to Washington. That would be too far of a step down... 🤣

Muhammad to Oregon: Think the Huskies Are FINE With It?
You posted the nicer ones, Charles. There were some pretty sick posts attacking Mohammed personally, and of course Phil Knight. Stay classy Huskies. I LOLed at one of the posts criticizing transfers in general, given the only reason that Washington was good the last two years was because of a transfer QB.

Quaaack! Washington CB Jabbar Muhammad Is a Duck

Sources: Harbaugh Accepts Head Coach Job with Chargers
This is a slam dunk hire for the Chargers and great for Justin Herbert’s career. Coach Harbough played QB and has always seemed to connect with and get the most out of his QBs. He nearly won a Super Bowl in San Francisco with Kaepernick. What’s he going to be able to do with an all pro QB with Hall of Fame talent?

Thank You, Oregon | Bo Nix
What a great video. We, as Oregon Duck football fans, are so blessed that Mr. Bo Nix transferred to Eugene to play his final 2 seasons of college football. It was an absolute privilege to watch this terrific young man play QB. He made our team and program better. Thank you, Bo. Godspeed. We will all be cheering for you in the NFL and beyond.

Michigan's JJ McCarthy and Blake Corum Off to NFL, Can Harbaugh be Far Behind?
Has there ever been a worse QB to win the college national championship than McCarthy?
-
A Few B1G Buckeye Thoughts
Hopefully Oregon’s staff isn’t spending too much time on Blair’s recruitment. 1) The chances of Harbough being in Michigan in 2 years seem slim. 2) What percentage of LDS kids, who go on their mission, enroll in the school they committed to out of high school (excluding BYU)? 3) Also, what will Oregon’s WR room look like in 2 years (we already have two 4-star commits in the 2025 class)?

Husky Hits and Snorts Don't End...
Those are morbid comparisons, even for a Husky fan. Thousands of innocent people lost their lives on 9/11, many honorable men and women in our military lost their lives during Pearl Harbor and the nation lost its leader in JFK. This is only sport...
