Good gosh what a tough game!

I cannot believe all the injuries we had and flourished in spite of it. Your post-game thoughts?

How many uncalled face mask penalties were there?

I hear you, but frankly...I think we get away with a ton of holding. Today was a great "experience" day for our young defensive backs, as they got schooled by some exceptional receivers. It should inspire OUR receivers to go up and bring down the ball-no-matter-what as Lemon and Lane did today.

Never had a doubt. Thereโ€™s some fan base down south that likes to spout:โ€The Ducks canโ€™t win the big games.โ€ Hope this one is B1G enough for them.

No.

The refs were definitely calling things like we were on the Pac-12 that's for sure.

I expected a tough game. Ducks did good to stay in front with the lead they built by half time - and that was not an easy task.

They need to coach some new techniques, since some of those PI calls looked like not much interference at times.

This was one those games where the refs had far too much influence on the game. But it went both ways. On to the next one.

We will have to wait and see on the injury front.

Pickard played well enough that risking Poncho probably wasn't worth it. Looked like Poncho was seeing if he could make a go of it at one point.

World I think had a few snaps but they didn't want to risk him.

Harkey went out and came back in.

I think we'll see many players back next week.

Some are complaining about our DB's. USC has a great QB and three great WR's. Unfortunately for USC they have no running game and a weak defense. This was a great win for our DUCKS!

...or they could say, "It wasn't a big game."

Felt like the Pac-12 where breathing on a receiver resulted in a flag. I think several of those PIs the coaching staff looks at and will shrug off because those flags haven't been thrown for the majority of the season.

I think it was just this ref crew.

Glad we won but, boy howdy, will playing like that result in a loss in the playoffs.

Let's see, the line was 9.5 and Oregon wins by 15...

How bout those backup O linemen? They filled in nicely. And how about USC? They did well to come up to Eugene and put up a fight. Even up by 15 late, I didn't feel secure until time actually ran out for good.

I want a strong B1G conference. The SEC has been on top for too long.

I'm getting too old to be roasted on this spit!

The MASH unit came through! TCB in Seattle.

PO Committee final ranking and seeding on 12/7. First round games 12/19 and 20. Hoping this will be enough time to get healthy.

Get your popcorn ready and Ducks in a row for the first PO game played in Autzen!

Looking forward to that as long as we never see those officials again.

For this fan, i never sat back in the recliner. Sat right on the edge of that seat through out the game.

Just like against Minnesota OBD's moved the ball with ease. This is back to back games of 42 points. Nice to see Dante keep the opponents Defense off balance.

Depth, depth and more depth. Prior years, injuries to starters would have crippled one or more segments of the offense.

Not this Duck team. Many of the Ducks injuries are to players who will play on Sundays.

In a game like this the players are wired up and ready to perform. However,,going forward, the careless personal fouls need to stop. Cannot give your opponent 130 plus yards of free turf.

Let's clean those plays up, get healed up and get after the bastardo huskies. One more convincing victory and a Texas A&M loss to the Longhorns and we can get the number 6 spot.

Go Ducks........

Such a strange game. This reffing crew is such an outlier to the rest of the B1G crews that let them play.

Next season I would like Nike to test out their new cleats designs on the Autzen turf before the season. Since when does a kicker slip on a dry field kickoff?

I hope Lanning makes it clear we won't be wearing that cleat design for anymore games, especially not our home playoff game.

Happy we covered the spread despite the penalties, injuries and slipping.

That was a stressful game to watch, but overall good considering we were down 3 LTs, the C, and our 3 top WRs.

If Oregon can get fully healthy, I love their upside.

USC OC / Passing Game Cord. Strategy: โ€œThrow the ball up and the refs will throw the flag . . . every time.โ€

I know Sadiq gets a lot of love, and deserves it, but Iโ€™m really liking TE #9 Johnson. While Sadiq is an athletic freak of nature, Johnson is a monster that can run.

Well, it was two former Pac-12 teams, so maybe the refs are former Pac-12-ers too....

Oregon held USC to 382 yards of total offense which is 107 yards short of their average YPG of 489. No small feat.

USC averages 191 YPG rushing with a 5.6 yards per carry average. Oregon held them to 52 yards on 28 carries for a 1.9 yards per carry average. This was the difference in the game.

For all the "touch" defensive PI calls, it seemed like refs allowed the USUC receivers to shove off the defender with regularity.

No.

I was standing in front of my recliner the entire game. What fun watching OBD totally dominate USC in the run game.

Too bad the refs don't call face masking penalties like they do PI.

No.

One of the most insane games I can remember watching.. Great win considering penalties and injuries; now let's hope those are behind us!

I'm a Duck fan living smack dab in the middle of SEC country, and I can tell you with an absolute certainty, this game was not big enough. Lol, unfortunately, southern fan bases will NEVER take OBD seriously until they win a national championship.

No.

It was great practice for the secondary. Never seen a QB throw it for grabs so often, best receivers the Ducks have faced. UCS offence is basiclly the 2 minite drill all game long. Challenging but Indian was still better. Stein please stop this direct snap BS, It fails more than 75% of the time.

Sorry, but who did a&m, alabama, and Georgia play today??? Joke. They should all be drop in the rankings for that non conference disgrace this late in the season.

This is the week that I think most of the SEC plays cupcakes to pad their win column and rest up a little for post season play...

so I don't really care what SEC fans think of Oregon. Today, USC would have beaten half the teams in the SEC, maybe more.

Most Duck fans get excited when the beavs, Huskies or USC lose... I get fired up when the top SEC teams lose. If Alabama loses next week, it will be party time.

Lanning states Ducks' CFP case, jabs at SEC sked

I like the part where he said "it's not our fault teams become unranked after we beat them...ok maybe it is our fault, but..." All the press burst out laughing.
