Alamo Bowl Gameday Thread: Why It Matters for Oregon

Recommended Posts

Times sure have changed ... both Head Coaches gone so strange. I get life has changed but makes me miss parts of the days of Rich Brooks and Mike Bellotti. Could you imagine when we got the Rose Bowl against Penn State if Coach Brooks was no show .... if he said "sorry got new job ... can't make it!"

if TT doesn’t play next series i swear i’m gonna drink another beer.

I'd have it ready.... Because I seriously doubt it is going to happen.

But if it does happen have that beer ready to celebrate.

Didn't take too long for Brown to throw an interception.

Yes... The ball could have been caught and bounced off the hands of the receiver but he was also like triple covered and the pass was behind.

Looking forward to better QB passing next year.

That pass was only slightly behind Thornton, right on the shoulder. That was definitely catchable and is on the receiver.

Literally, anyone is an upgrade from MC on the field.

OU is missing 4 of their front 7, ride Dye and Cardwell the entire game. Best chance for a win.

Here we go again.  Penalties driving the Ducks in the wrong direction.

have i already had too many beers, or is the camera work on this game kinda too close or too far or too wide or too narrow or too shaky?

One observation so far is the offense is playing with more tempo than they have all year for the most part.

Same story, the offense just can't get out of its own way...

Lanning has his work cut out for him to fix these red zone penalties.

I think that's been established for a while.

A thrown behind int and a drive killing penalty. I think we've found the Ducks identity.

Defense is doing fine, the offense still needs to clean up silly mistakes.

No coaching and once again poor qb play that interception was thrown late over the middle. 4 defenders in the area.

That will become the identity of any MC coached team.
