  1. I think we're missing Bo's right ankle more than anything. He can't run and can't throw properly, either.
  2. Seems like the NC coaches are adjusting a little better than the Ducks' coaches.
  3. The defense has really played fairly well this game. The offense...
  4. Anything new on the defensive side? Seeing more QB pressure than normal.
  5. That is truly wild. Man for sure has a vision of what he wants. I’d like to know what the common denominator is for what he doesn’t like about the roster.
  6. How about this? Criticism of all athletes - professional or little league - is way over the top. It's fine to point out poor performances, print stats that show just how poor the performances were, and indicate where fault lies in games. I mean, it's all there for people to see on their screens, anyway. No point in trying to deny it. Facts is facts: you throw three picks, you screwed up. But, the stupid, savage, personal trash spouted by that radio show host - calling someone a disgrace and a loser - is beyond the pale at any level. It's only sports. These are people performing for our entertainment and their personal satisfaction. Sure, some of them get paid a lot. But, what difference does that make? They're out there in the arena, and we're sitting on our lard butts, watching them. Sure, you can say whatever you want. You're entitled, and all that nonsense. It's part of the discourse today, where saying the meanest possible thing on the internet or screaming insults at a game is a way of showing how "uncensored" you are (this is not meant politically, btw). But, it's really tiresome. And, I think Canzano gives a classic false equivalence head-fake between the Arkansas radio host's comments and his reporting on Zach Randolph; two totally different things End of rant.
  7. Nice piece of writing, 1Funduck, very evocative. Well done.
  8. More than twitter, it’s done. Signing Day ADMIN.GODUCKS.COM Wednesday, December 21: Signing Day for University of Oregon Ducks Football
  9. Time for a "reality" tv show about high school football recruiting.

  12. Family feud?
  13. Man, coach is one tired-looking dude. Probably has barely slept for several days, at least.
  14. Uiagalelei's just came in.
  15. I don't, as of 11:10am see a signed NLI from Uiagalelei, Bowen or Austin, on the official site. Am I being a Debbie Downer? Or, in today's world, should we not believe in anything until we see the signature? Signing Day ADMIN.GODUCKS.COM Wednesday, December 21: Signing Day for University of Oregon Ducks Football
  16. Next, fans will be offered a better cable package and free beer if they flip. And the fan portal? Crazy!
  17. Like every jilted fan base, we're flipping from "he's the greatest recruit ever, gotta keep him" to "ahh, didn't need him anyway". I've seen this year after year, at school after school. It's human nature, and something I'm totally guilty of. Wake me up when spring practice starts.

  19. The use of the "zero" in his handle was what tipped me off.
  20. One hypothesis being bandied about was that Bo's decision to return was predicated on getting sufficient NIL dough to stick around. Who knows? It's all speculation. I think he threw the I Ching.
  21. We're going to look back on 2022, and maybe next year, as the Wild West days of NIL and NLI and the portal. I think it has to settle down into some sort of order in the near future.
  22. Okay, good to get the Moore drama settled...next man up!
