Yes, absolutely, you take the chance. Kids don't pan out for all sorts of reasons, but there's no reason to ignore such incredible football talent on the chance he may decide to prioritize track.

Bridges, for at least one, has developed, so that he's turning around to track the ball. That way, when he makes contact with the receiver, he isn't going to automatically draw a penalty. He did that at least a couple of times in the Holiday Bowl. Whereas, the NC defensive backs never turned around, made contact, and were penalized.

So, maybe we're already really happy, but we just don't know it yet?
