It doesn’t surprise me at all. MC has always cared for his players. As David said above, his shortcomings were not on the personal relationship end of things. I know he felt as sick about it as we did when he heard the news. I think he will always be a big softy when it comes to his players, regardless of school.

I gotta agree with Haywarduck here. The next game is the most important game. Win it and move on to the next most important game. Win the next game and the season will take care of itself.

I pull for PAC 12 teams to win their OOC games for the most part. That said, I have a hard time pulling for the fuskies no matter who they play! Like David, I would be fine with the Beavs winning all but the Duck game. PAC 12 wins in OOC games makes the Duck strength of schedule look better. Now that the 2 laLA schools are going to be OOC games, I definitely was PAC 12 teams to thump them.

Thank you for that post KK, it made my morning! Surely that conference would be the Official Home of the mutts from UW. Sporting the uniquely ugly shades of prostitute purple and hooker gold, those fans are the epitome of DoG! They delude themselves every off season with their unfounded belief that “they are gonna regain their glory year” which in fact was not all that glorious.😂

Are we really gonna be part of the PACC 24? There would be 6 teams each in the NE. SE. NW, and SW divisions. The 4 divisional champs play for a chance to pit PACC EAST vs PACC WEST in the conference championship game! This is whole thing is killin me, I need an ice cold Oregon microbrew… or two, or six…

Can UCL&A even do this without legislative approval? As a state university, it is going to cost bukku bucks to compete in basketball, track & field, and baseball (M & W). Aren't they a sister university to the University of California Berkeley? What happens to that relationship? Also, why is nobody mentioning the Rose Bowl? Isn’t it connected the the PAC? Just asking my “whole lot smarter than me” Duck buddies, cause I sure as hades don’t know…

I personally don’t want to see Oregon become a Georgia, or even an Alabama. I want to see Oregon rise to a level where they become dominant year after year, so that other teams strive to become like Oregon.

I agree DanLduck, I think we have depth in the QB room like never before. I am not too worried about a starter getting dinged up, as I feel the next 2 in line could probably start on 80% of CFB teams. I also think that any inexplicable pick (not tips) should result in the thrower sitting out the next series and giving #2 or #3 a shot at moving the offense. Might discourage throwing into double or triple coverage.

It is just a matter of time for Sabrina to step out and become a true SuperStar. Her work ethic at honing her craft has always been extraordinary. She simply WILLS herself to succeed. I think the triple doubles will start soon enough!

C’mon guys, there is really no choice here. Little brother at least has OREGON in its name. Black and orange is probably the most common Oregon high school colors, and it is pretty popular on Halloween. Prostitute purple, hooker gold, sniveling butt-lickers and whining curs have absolutely no redeeming qualities. A dog stomping is imminently more satisfying than beating up the kid brother.
